Henry Lea listed at 112 Fleet street address in 1865. Kelly & Co. listed at an Old Boswell Court location until 1867 only. Cf. Brown, P.A. London publishers and printers, 1982. p. 112.

MASS copy: Advertisement for "Works published by Henry Lea" bound into text between pp. 212-213. Advertisements refer to Robinson Crusoe being published uniform with Mayne Reid's "The Scalp Hunters" which ECB lists as published by Lea in 1865. Cf. ECB, p.318.
