exchange of notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America, permitting the disposal of the Canadian entitlement within the United States of America, futher to a treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America relating to cooperative development of the water resources of the Columbia River Basin, done at Washington, D.C. on January 17, 1961 (with annex), Washington, March 31, 1999, in force March 31, 1999 = : Eaux limitrophes : échanges de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d'Amérique autorisant la cession de la part canadienne sur place, aux États-Unis d'Amérique, dans le cadre du traité entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des ressources hydrauliques du bassin du fleuve Columbia, fait à Washington, D.C., le 17 janvier 1961 (avec annexe), Washington, le 31 mars 1999, en vigueur le 31 mars 1999.
