"With the exception of Broadside no. 1, all the text up to 24-point, and some of the larger types, were set by Golgonooza Letter Foundry. The black-and-white and color photos were made by Trice Photographics, the photo-engravings by Owosso Engravers, and Campbell-Logan Bindery provided the clamshell box and binding"--Colophon.
