With: Providing an adequate and balanced flow of the major agricultural commodities in interstate and foreign commerce, and for other purposes -- Amending Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 -- Amending section 301 (a) (1) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, so as to include farm wages in determining the parity price of agricultural commodities.
