This is an early treatise on flying model airplanes. Most of the discussion is centered on rubber band models but also covers gasoline engines, compressed air engines and even steam engines model airplanes. It has numerous photos and drawings. This book was written before the existence of hobby shops so the model builder had to made almost everything from scratch. Good information on propeller carving, balsa wood work for model construction. The float plane construction subjects are very interesting.
