The Greek register contains the Greek text and the Latin register contains the Latin text. The two series were printed so that they could be bound following each other or with the Greek and Latin on opposite pages, as in this copy; cf. leaf a1. The center spread of each Latin signature, interrupting at intervals the flow of the principal text, is used for some of the miscellaneous works, i.e. Cebetis Thebani Tabula, errata, etc.
