E. Shuttleworth), cases of improvement, the auditor's report (William G. Welch), financial and statistical statements (James Diggens, G.E. Shuttleworth), extracts from "An afternoon at the Royal Albert Asylum" (Carlisle journal, July 30th, 1886), a list of clergymen and ministers, presents received, census of idiots and imbeciles a list of places that inmates came from and a short article about the asylum's recent acquisition of Brunton House, Lancaster illustrated with 2 views.
