James Miller M'Kim informs William Lloyd Garrison that he is presently organizing a series of meetings in the northwest for the month of January, and inquires if Garrison will consent to join him as a speaker on this tour. M'Kim asserts that he "must" have Garrison accompany him, and declares that it would do Garrison much good to join him on this tour.
