She tells the story of Miss Tappan and her discovery of Samuel Joseph May and the abolitionists. Caroline talks about her school. She reports the lecturing activities of William Lloyd Garrison and Henry Stanton. She mentions the eulogy of John Quincy Adams. Also mentions Henry C. Wright and George Benson.
