Edition Notes

Three states noted. The first has 39, [1] p. of plates only, so numbered. The second state is paged 8, 41-71, [1] p., and has 16 p. of "Additional music" (i.e. 8 p. of printed music and 8 p. of blank staves) at end. The third state is similarly paged, and has 16 p. of "Additional music" (16 p. of printed music) at end, and a note on verso of t.p., referring to the tune "Agusta [sic]," found on p. 10 of the "Additional music."

Parentheses substituted for square brackets in imprint.

Advertised as "now engraving" in the Connecticut journal, New Haven, Dec. 4, 1794. Printers' names supplied by Evans.
