Subject: The wonder book of railways
A wonderful informative book on railways from early 20th century. Detailing how trains, and their systems work. It explain how express steam trains, took on water for boilers, while on the move. How mail trains worked, with sorting pickup and delivery of mail bags while in transit. Lots of photos b/w and colour plates. The end plates are also a dream.
