Subject: Beautifully Illustrated
This book allowed me to take a sneak a peek at what Quebec City, The Upper and Lower Ottawa Valley and many other regions of Canada looked like around 1882. I have used many of its illustrations to enhance the stories I have written on my ancestors who worked in the bush and on the log drives. They cover a lot of territory in this book.
