Both titles are printed within woodcut border flanked by personifications of Faith and Humility and the symbols of the Evangelists; at top the arms of James I

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy BENTON 9.10 FOLIO from collection of Josiah Benton with illegible contemporary inscription (possibly a signature) at head of title, pencilled notations on front pastedown. Bound in mottled 19th century calf, full gilt spine, 2 lettering pieces, all edges gilt, gilt turn ins. Housed in light brown morocco asbestos-lined pull-off case by Riviere.
Signatures: A-E⁴ ²A-2R⁴; A-Z⁴.
