3. fol. 100v-143v: mass of the Virgin Mary (includes office of the dead): [rubr.] "Incipit missa B[ea]te Marie virgins. Introitus."
4. fol. 144r-179v: penitential psalms and litany: "[rubr.] Incipuit septe psalms pe[n]itentiales."
5. fol. 179v.-187v: hours of the cross and Holy Spirit: "[rubr.] Incipit off[itiu]m s[an]cte crucis ... has horas canonicas cui denotione tibi s[an]cte spiritus pia ratione dixit ut nos visites inspiratione [ivvamus?] ingiter in celi regione. Amen."
Collation: Parchment, fol. iii (modern paper) + 187 + 1 + iv; 1⁸ 2-9⁵ 10⁸(-1) 11-12⁵ 13⁸ 14-15⁵ 16⁸(-1); catchwords are written in frames horizontally at the center or vertically at the lower right
Layout: One column of 13 lines ruled in drypoint
Script: Italian gothic
Decoration: Historiated initials (missing the leaf for the opening of the Hours of the Virgin); one-line gold initials with alternating red, blue, and purple flourishing; three-line gold initials surrounded by tri-color green, maroon, and blue-filled boxes; black flourishing; 87v line drawing of a man's head in profile; some five-line gold initials
Binding: Later binding in red leather stamped wtih gold over wood boards; crucifixion on front, Madonna and Child on back; 2 clasps, missing; page edges stamped in gold; paper flyleaves - Charles Sauvageot, Académie Royale de Musique in France (late 19th century)
Origin: Copied after 1446, the canonization of Nicholas of Tolentino (in the calendar on 10 September)
