Cataloged
Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in blue goatskin by Bradstreet's. Imperfect: pi² (royal arms leaf and title leaf) wanting and replaced in photographic facsimile. Due to a printing/paper placement error, the inner and outer formes of sheet H are misoriented with respect to one another (6th and 7th pages of gathering H are switched with the 2nd and 3rd). An ink inscription at head of (a1) beginning with "Anne" is faded to illegibility. Purchased April, 1940, from A.S.W. Rosenbach.
