The last section, reprinting STC 9339.5 has special title page (E1 recto): 'A collection of the substaunce of certaine necessarie statutes, to be by the iustices of peace diligentlye executed within euerye shire of the realme. Published. Anno domini. 1561. Anno Regin. Elizabet.3.' With running title: 'A summarie abridgement of certayne statutes.'

A revised edition of STC 7954.5, 'A proclamation, for the obseruation of certeine statutes', printed by Jugge [in 1562?], which reprinted STC 7949, STC 7946, STC 7950, and STC 9339.5.

This edition adds 5 Elizabeth I, c.13, for the repair of highways, and 8 Elizabeth I, c. 15, for the preservation of grain.
