In part 1: leaf D1 signed C; in part 2: p. 121 misnumbered 221; in part 4: p. 17-19 and 20-21 misnumbered 19-21 and 18-19 respectively.

Part 3 is known to exist in two variants: in one variant, p. 6 is misnumbered 9; in another variant, p. 6 is numbered correctly.
