Rev. Prof. Ian Gillman wrote this book to explain what the different parts of the proposed Basis of Union of the Uniting Church in Australia. He was a minister in the Presbyterian Church and the booked helped Presbyterians to understand the differences there would be in the proposed Uniting Church to what people were used to in the Presbyterian Church.
